As we enjoy this holiday in America and reflect on all those that selfless serve to continue to give us as a place of freedom to live, let's keep our hearts and minds focused on Haiti. Violence is continue to escalate, and just this week one of our artisans was kidnapped by a gang while going to work.

He thankfully was released unharmed, but this has of course caused some feelings of uncertainty and not being safe from the artisans there. So Trades of Hope is releasing a limited edition Soaring Dove Ornament to help fundraise for them to find a safer workshop location. Starting today, $10 from every Soaring Dove Ornament purchase will be donated to this special cause. Stock up early on some Christmas goodies and help provide safer working environments for our artisans in Haiti ❤️

July Hope Mail is changing the lives of women in India like Madhvi!

Here's a little of her story:
"Before I became an Artisan, life was very hard, socially and economically. I was living in a very poor family. It was very hard for my father. That’s why I decided to start working. My friend was doing some beadwork, so she guided me to this work. Then I moved to quality checking and sizing of the products. I like my work!

Now, it’s good to help my father and family. I have personally and professionally grown up. It’s like a good dream to help family. My dreams are big to start my independent work! I’m trying hard to achieve that dream. I’ve purchased a two-wheel vehicle. In the future, I dream of my own home!"
