Today’s South Dakota fishing forecast: Crappie with a good chance for some trout. Caught this guy at Iron Creek Lake this morning along with some BEAUTIFUL rainbow trout on our .22MAG “Wiley.” Thanks for your patience everybody as we get the new site up and running, we should be back online shortly… 🎗

Well, never thought I’d be making this announcement but…due to a little health issue, we’re going to have to suspend our operations for a while. We won’t be accepting any orders through our site but, if you’d like something, you can always give me a call and I’ll see what I can do. I’m going to reduce all of our clothing prices to our cost in order to reduce some inventory as well. Please keep following as I will be posting updates…we actually have a new process for making the lures that I’m pretty excited about. ***On the water report*** From bluegill to bluefin, Speeding Bullet Lures CATCH EM ALL!! Last night the .50Cal was getting it done. Never target a large caliber fish with a small caliber lure! Quick little on the water report. THE CHAMP IS HERE! .30-06 getting it done. Got a couple of yellowtail too but, didn’t have time to get the damn phone out to take a picture🤦🏼‍♂️ I’ll do better…

Quick little recap of our recent trip to Hog Park Reservoir in Wyoming. Three full days of fishing and shenanigans…trolling our lures, casting from shore or a kayak, even putting a bobber on the line above the lure and just letting it sit, everything worked. Color or lure size didn’t seem to matter but Old Reliable (our Black and Yellow) clearly stood out. Water temp was 66, rained every day and we even had a nice little hailstorm, it was windy (I mean, it’s Wyoming), and we fished at various depths/locations. No official count but we caught enough trout to have fish tacos for 45 people…and we have some big eaters!!

The smile says it all…again. Will is such a cool guy, he’d have the same smile even if he didn’t catch anything. Luckily he was using a Speeding Bullet Lure so he didn’t run into that problem😉 Great job Will…CATCH EM ALL!!
