My Story
Hi, I’m Mona Liza, a Filipino. I came here to Canada in 2007 as a live in caregiver. I left my family back home just to give them a good life, sacrificed being away from them. It’s hard but I have to endure the sadness, the weather and the all the hardships. As soon as I got my open permit to work anywhere I like, I search for a job that will give me income that I can send back home. I delivered newspaper, I helped my Uncle and Aunt to do cleaning jobs, I worked in a cafe as a cashier.
I finally got a way better paying job as a Support Worker, I love and enjoy my job. But working nights shift is really hard for me but I have to do it. I have to earn.
Back then I thought to myself is there a way that I can earn while I am with my family? not to worry the next day that you have to be on your feet and go to work? I said nahhh, there’s no such thing like that.
But my friend called me one day and introduce this online business that really works, at first, most of us will not jump and say yes right away. I am one of the skeptical person, doesn’t trust business in internet. But she made me realize that it works!
