It honestly gives me immense joy when clients experience immediate relief from their PEMF session. Before and after the session it’s important to rehydrate which is why I like to offer magnetised water to have the greatest impact. Like quite a lot of clients Bella fell asleep during her session as the body and mind relaxed. We combined the session with chromotherapy goggles using a combination of blues and greens for purification and rejuvenation along with 174hz frequency music as this is the most suitable for healing the body rather than the mind. 5 minutes after the session was complete Bella mentioned she was hungry and had her first food in 4 days. I’ve never been so happy to see someone eat a banana 🙏🏽✨
