The GOD Year
The past is gone.
Done and dusted
Move forward,
Keep moving forward.
Learn to be silent before the Most High
He has so much He'd like to share with you.
More often than not, there's nothing good in the past.
Keep up the growth process of learning from it, not going back to it.
Love as God says
Love and be true
Love with Love
Happy International Women's Day
Patriotism 🇬🇭

Open Arms NOT Deadly Arms
Love is Kind
Love is Patient
Loving without a shadow of doubt nor a blow of any kind.
Love is not accidental nor is it given to chance. It demands intentionality and consistency.
In loving, may we be unafraid to love wholly and wholesomely.
To love unconditionally is to love like God loves. And so we rely on the Holy Spirit to help us do this.
Even still, we hope to find people who genuinely love us
May we find them
There's a place for emotions and all. But when you love, let it be a resolve, a conviction. One of a strong willed character.
Emotions fluctuate.
To love and to be loved is a beautiful thing. 😍
May we love and be loved without malice nor self pity 💪

has this to say about
COGNITIVE DRAMA
Poetry, as it is commonly known, is a writer's inner voice. It is drawn from the perceptions, experiences, knowledge, emotions, and inferences of a poet.
In the book Cognitive Drama, the writer explored several angles of experience that resonated with the readers' emotions. The poems had a youthful vibrancy; they address issues and happenings that most youth are likely to encounter. The poems become comforting to the reader.
The choice of language is one that makes understanding the concepts of the poems easier to grasp. Creativity was well-inducted in the employment of literary devices.
I would recommend Cognitive Drama as a reading material as these pieces have a soul, being words to life at each moment they travel between different ideas and topics. Indeed, the mind of the reader is theater, and the poems are the dramatic characters.
Brilliant is an understatement to describe this piece of art.
Tick Tock

The footballing world came to a standstill having just witnessed a sight that left everyone confused and with lots of questions as to what went wrong.
On the pitch, players from each side tried to calm the situation. The technical benches of both teams were excited as to what had really happened.
The stadium was full of mixed reactions.
Then, suddenly, after consultation with his linesman, the referee reached for his pocket and brought out a red card.
He issued it to him and immediately, Zidane departed the field, walking with his head bowed past the trophy to the dressing room. I was shattered.
I first heard about Zidane during the 2004 Euros where he led the French team to the quarter-finals where they were ousted by the Greek national team, the eventual winners.
He was sleek, skillful, smooth, with lots of footballing grace. It is no doubt that Zidane was a football maestro, a maverick of the game.
I fell in love with him due to his football charm/ mercurial skills, wizardry and subsequently with his club, Real Madrid. I had my mum do embroidery of his name on the shirt I played football with in school.
I followed him closely and read every news item I could find on him, my source being Graphic Sports which was sold on Tuesdays and Fridays then....(later Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).
France didn't have a smooth opening to the 2006 world Cup and just managed to sneak into the round of 16 and then, Zidane, the one who I fell in love with was activated. He led his team past Spain as he capped a beautiful performance with a sweet goal, absolutely dazzled the Brazilian team in the quarter-finals with pure class and an assist for the only goal and powered a shot into the net of the Portuguese team from a spot-kick.
He had literally dragged his national team into the final to face Italy. It was all set for his final match as he had to come out of retirement for this world Cup having retired in 2005.
One final game on the grandest footballing stage of all, the World Cup final with the trophy in sight.
On 9th July 2006 in Berlin stadium, the stage was set.
Early in the game, France had a penalty awarded and the maestro took his stance behind the ball. The whistle was blown and in the most outrageous fashion, he did the most ridiculous thing: hitting a panenka which made contacts with the crossbar and the inside of the goal and bounced out in quick succession that Italy reacted to it not crossing the line but it had and the referee acknowledged it. It was a beauty.
Only a player of Zidane's calibre would attempt this in the biggest final of footballing competitions, the World Cup final.
Italy equalised and sent the game into extra time. Then after an Italy corner, whilst the players were repositioning themselves, the infamous headbutt happened.
Zidane was making his way towards the centre of the field with Materazzi closely behind him. They seemed to be in a conversation when suddenly Zidane stopped, turned and speared Materazzi in the chest with his head. The entire world went agog. Confusion was the expression that came with it.
Zidane had lost it and had committed himself. Almost immediately, I began to cry when I saw the red card shown to him.
It certainly dampened the spirits of his teammates who went on to lose the penalty shootout.
Every now and then when I recall this incident, I wonder what could have been had Zidane stayed on. This was his match, his farewell match to bid goodbye to the world of football by lifting the trophy instead, he walked past it to the dressing room.
What could have been? We'll never know. For this is the memory forever etched in football's history: Zidane headbutting Materazzi.
