During these challenging times we are carefully trying to navigate our small business through the economic and supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19. We love our creative community and it is our goal to continue bringing you wonderful products so that you can continue showcasing your amazing talents.

🚩PROCESSING TIME UPDATE:
To keep our working space and shipments safe, we have no other workers right now and only one person is managing the processing and shipping of orders. As a result, our processing times have increased slightly. Previously we could prepare orders from 1 to 2 business days, now our processing times have slightly increased to 3 to 7 business days. We hope that we can quickly come back to our fast processing times as we love to keep our customers happy.

🚛 SHIIPPING POLICY UPDATE:
- To keep our communities safe, we are changing our shipment days to twice per week. Shipments that have gone through our processing (see above) will now go out on Tuesdays or Fridays. If for some reason the corona-virus epidemic becomes worse, we will ship product only once per week. If that’s the case shipments will go out only on Fridays. As the situations continues to change, we will continue to update this policy.
- Although we strive to keep our processing and shipment time commitments you may still experience delays in receiving your package due to strict quarantines enforced by state and federal governments, post office closures, or disruptions to delivery routes/logistics. We hope that this is not the case, but we ask for your understanding and that you keep this in mind.

⚡ CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
- As our shop remains open, we will continue processing orders. Note that we DO NOT accept cancellations of orders that have been processed and packaged. However please send us a message if for some reason you would like to cancel your order. If we have not yet processed and packaged your order, we will gladly accept your cancellation and issue you a full refund.

📩MESSAGING RESPONSE TIMES:
- We try to respond quickly to any messages sent to us via Etsy. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to respond to any questions or concerns you have on products or your orders. Please try to contact us primarily through Etsy. You may experience longer response times when contacting us by any other method, including social media apps.
