🔅Anxiety isn't always visible, it is internal to the person. Anxiety isn't always increased heart beat, trembling hands or numbness. Sometimes anxiety is reaching the last raka'h of your Fard prayer and wondering did you really complete your first three raka'h, sometimes it is adding salt in the curry while cooking and then not being able to recall adding it. Sometimes it is looking for your mobile phone in your office only to realize that you forgot your hand bag in your boss's office. Sometimes it is having a severe backache just because you were sitting on the edge of a seat during a meeting not realizing that you are sitting in an uncomfortable position. Sometimes it is living your future only to realize you zoned out of an entire present conversation.

🔅Anxiety is different for every person but it has a common origin:

"Preoccupation with uncontrolled thoughts."

🔅Some individuals know when and how are they going to be anxious and for some, this anxiety takes them by surprise. Some sail smoothly through their anxiety while some struggle curbing it for years.

🔅There is hardly anyone who can say 'I never had any anxiety, I have never become anxious in my life'. Everyone goes through it, everyone has their own story to tell and everyone is dealing with it in their own way.

Aj mai btaonge k normal anxiety aur clinical anxiety mai kia farq hota hai, taa k ap logo ko maloom ho skay k kis hadd tk ap log khud apne anxiety ko control kr sktay hain aur wou kia limits hain jis k baad apko apne anxiety ko manage krne k liye professional help leni chahye.

What is Normal Anxiety?
Anxiety ka matlab hota hai ghabrahat/tension. Es condition mai bht ziada pareshani aur bechaini hoti hai. Bht saari situations mai anxiety ka mehsoos krna normal hota hai. Normal amount of anxiety actually helps in moving forward. Aur aik baar jb task pai kaam krna shuru krtay hain tou normal anxiety kumm honay lgte hai aur apka dimagh aik calm aur pursukoon halath ki taraf aa jata hai.

When is Anxiety NOT normal ANYMORE?
Apki normal ghabrahat clinical anxiety ki taraf tb janay lgte hai jb es ghabrahat ki waja se ap apna important kaam shuru nae kr patay aur isi ghabrahat k baray mai sochna shuru krdete hain.

What are indications of Clinical Anxiety?
1- Intensity/Severity
2- Impairment/Disabling
3- For long time periods
4- Thinking Style
5- Avoidance
