UPDATE: Police arrested two people in this shooting. Police say a witness saw the two in separate cars shooting at each other. Officers found the shooting was likely over a property dispute.

BREAKING NEWS🚨: Police are investigating reports of a shooting across the street from the WFMY News 2 station. Part of Phillips Ave. is blocked off as police try to figure out what happened.

WILL SPECTRUM USERS BE COMPENSATED? 🛜📶A Spectrum spokesperson said impacted customers should work with their customer service team. The spokesperson said they will work with customers individually.

UPDATE: According to the website, Downdetector the majority of Spectrum services have been restored.
