We are delighted to welcome Manchester-based artists, Mascott to the label.

Mascott are a DJ and Production tag team from Manchester, UK. Born in 2020, the duo of Matt & Scott are known for their ability to blend disco, house and their love of acid, which has given them a reputation of bringing energy to any dancefloor. Mascott are also the owners of Good Custard, which is a disco-house music collective, events host and record label based in Manchester, UK.

Their track 'Doin' Fine' is a collaboration with our good label friend, vocalist and now the new co-owner of Down To Funk Records, Just Jenna.

Doin' Fine is a high-tempo classic house track with lots of catchy melodies and soulful vocals.

On remix duties, we have Glenn Pallas Music and Carl Booth Music. Making his solo debut and first-ever release, some of you may know, that Glenn is one-half of Hiastuk and has had a number of releases on 3rd Room Records, as well as on labels such as Nervous Records, Henry Street Music, BROBOT, Phoenix Music, Let There Be House and many more.

We are happy to have Down To Funk Records co-owner Carl Booth back on the label, working on the remix with Glenn.

The remix is a full-on in-your-face Jackin affair, with raw and slamming drums, heavy basslines and Glenn's filter house soundprint!

We also welcome back 3rd Room Records very own Mark Holmes DJ for the 3rd and final track on the EP. Mark has gone for his signature piano house groove with this remix, with grooving beats, driving basslines and hands-in-the-air pianos, that will sure get you in high spirits.
