We wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Mr Ronald Little and his team at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh for donating us a room, breakfast and dinner last night. It was an incredible experience and provided a much needed opportunity to relax and rejuvenate before our journey down to York today. The food was delicious too!! Thank you!

In case you're wondering what's going on, this summer, my best friend and I will be touring the UK from John O’Groats, Scotland to Lands End in a Tuk Tuk. In 1 week, we will cross over 1500 miles, all in aim of raising £6000 for Mind Uk.
Molly and I have been preparing the trip for the past 12 months as we want to do something exciting (because we all know excitement has been lacking recently), whilst also doing something good for all those suffering the worst since the pandemic hit. It’s been a tough year for everyone, but some have lost everything. We can think of lots of reasons why we choose to support Mind UK, but we're sure you'll agree the most important is because nobody should face a mental health problem alone.

So to update anyone interested in our trip here's where we are at so far. We set off from John O' Groats on 1st June and are aiming to reach Lands End 1 week later. We are crossing 1500 miles and aiming to raise £6000 for Mind Uk, our chosen charity.

THIS SUMMER Molly and Tarran will be riding a rickshaw from the most Northern Point of the UK (John o’ Groats), to the most Southern point (Lands End) in hopes of raising money for Mind Uk.
It’s been a tough year for everyone, but some have lost everything. Whether young or old, we want to raise money for those who need help the most and would absolutely love your support.
We can think of lots of reasons why we choose to support Mind UK, but we're sure you'll agree the most important is because nobody should face a mental health problem alone, and we need your help to make that happen. With your support we can give people a way forward, help them to understand their options and get support and know that they're not alone. You'll also be helping us to fund better services and support so people experiencing a mental health problem get the help they need, when they need it.
We would also like to thank the incredible TukTukUK for providing us with a tuktuk, making all of this possible.
What’s more, anyone who donates will have the opportunity to give us a challenge to be completed during our trip. We shall pick one challenge to complete each day of our three week-long adventure. Just leave your challenge as a comment when you donate. (FYI, You must donate by computer in order to leave a challenge).
We are still finalising our itinerary, but we plan to drive over 1000 miles in our glorified scooter in June of 2021.
