It’s day 3, if you are still feeling strong go ahead and hit it hard today. If you are feeling beat up, focus on the weightlifting portion and take it easy on the rest of the workout.

This is my day one body. I weigh 161 pounds. The goal for the next 8 weeks is increase mental focus/toughness and hold to a workout routine. Secondly I want to increase my overall durability and ability to produce power over time. *t
