Every day should recognise mental health not just one day of recognition. It’s the biggest problem in the world and needs more support.

Each year we do a christmas collection....

This year's Christmas appeal is going to be for men's mental health 💕

Those close will understand why and know just how much its helped my children have their dad around!

For some reason men aren't as open or understood yet most likely to take their own life!

I had to pick the brooker centre because without them I'm not quite sure where we would be at right now.

I also wanted to find a local men's group and Curts Coffee Club was the perfect place. They have regular catch up with men who just needs that safe space and understanding and also put on some fab retreats for those who attend. Without fundraising this may not be possible.

So ----- this is going to be the biggest ask I've made for Christmas at quite possibly the hardest time for some. I'm looking for -

BROOKER CENTRE -
*Chocolate/ Sweets for the brooker patients
*Puzzle Books (no pens or pencils)
*Deodorant sets
*General Christmas treats
*Adult type fidget games / mind boggling
NO ALCOHOL

CURTS CLUB -
*Cash donations in the hope we can cover the next retreat or atleast a chunk of it ♥️

If anyone can donate even just the odd pound I really appreciate it 🥰
