After built this amazing new extension on this house he then got us in and required us to latex and level the floor after old tiles were uplifted and removed leaving behind the old adhesive. After getting a nice finish to the screed we then fitted a click LVT giving this new extension an amazing light and airy feeling and finally ready for their skirting boards and new kitchen to be installed. The results are amazing 🤩

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION 🤩

From quarry tiles to a warm and spacious look!

This customer came to us for a complete transformation throughout the hallway and kitchen in their home. We started off by priming and screeding through the hallway and kitchen. The kitchen turned out more of a challenge than first expected. We had to apply a damp roof course before screeding to get a level finish. But the results are amazing!

Materials used: LVT Decco tile 55 Colour: Eternal Oak

After a busy few months at NeateFlooring we are finally getting round to uploading some recent jobs!

We arrived at this customers house to change the lounge, landing and 2 bedrooms from existing carpet and underlay to a more durable cleanable LVT (luxury vinyl tile)
To get this amazing result we used a 6mm ply board and secured this at 10cm centres to ensure the subfloor was secure. We then fitted LG Hausys LVT along with F Ball pressure sensitive glue. And a brushed chrome stair nosing to finish the look of.

This customer came to us looking for a durable hard wearing flooring on the landing, bedrooms and bathroom. We fixed ply boards down to give the floor a smooth finish ready for the installation off the new LVT. As well as fitting some hard wearing carpet on the stairs to complete the new look. And the results looked amazing!
