We are 29 days from CHANGING the direction of our city. We are 29 days from CHANGING the lives of all Albanians. We must mobilize the voters. Today we must work with as much enthusiasm, perseverance, energy, commitment, endurance and strength as if it was the beginning of the Campaign. The future of our City is at stake. Good morning F BFs and Albanians,
We are 31 days from making one of the biggest decisions that we will face for the next four years. OUR city is in the worst condition that I have ever seen as a “Native Son.” We are facing a city in crisis. We have had 10 killings within 9 months. We have been identified as the 7 worst city in the country. We have a 36% poverty rate. We have a
4 % unemployment rate. Our communities are under served. Our kids are walking in the streets going to and from school. Our city recreation for youth has all but faded away because our kids have been “priced out.” Will we set back and watch as our city continues down this road? “ I say no we will not.” I ask you to join with me to CHANGE our city. I ask you to CHANGE our city. I ask you to help CHANGE our city so that everyone can live a “GOOD LIFE IN THE GOOD LIFE CITY.”

I HAVE A PLAN A 7 POINT PLAN:

1. I have a Public Safety Plan that includes Police & Fire Recruitment, Police & Fire Retention and Police & Fire Compensation.
2. I have a Generation Gun Violence Reduction Plan.
3. I have a Job Development plan.
4. I have a Community Development Plan.
5. I have a youth and family REC plan.
6. I have a fiscal Policy Plan that will eliminate “WASTEFUL” spending and ensure that “city employees” are properly paid and protected.
7. I have a plan that will reduce your WGL Bill.

Finally, with me there is no learning curve. I can hit the ground running the day after you elect me as your next Mayor of Albany. I know how government operates. We, together will CHANGE Albany.
