Cold dips isn’t just about the cold it’s the community it’s the connections people have made . These guys didn’t know each other until a year or so ago , but they built a friendship as we all have . As we know times have changed, gone are the days where we help each other out , stand and chat to neighbours etc and feel safe . But thanks to the love of cold we built a community where everyone feels safe , we can off load, accept help and ask for help and there’s no judgement . Mental health has improved and traumas are on the mend . Grateful for each and everyone of you that is part of this safe space and the craziness 💫🧜🏼‍♀️🧊🧜🏼‍♂️🌞

Another lovely weds lunch meet up . Well done Lucy and Adrienne getting the tub down to 8degrees! I wasn’t going to get in after a cardio session this morning and yoga I felt well relaxed , but it was a split decision of just do it ! Straight in no fxxks given 😂😂

Tomorrow back at the pool

Today we have swimming at the beach 11am

But before that at 10am Rachel will be doing some beach yoga , raising some money for domestic violence and abuse suggested donation of £5 for such a good cause . So come along and try some yoga by the sea to the sound of the waves , connect back to yourself and release what no longer serves you 🧜🏼‍♀️🌊🧜🏼‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘‍♂️

And we ended up at the beach again . Loving this sunshine and our outdoor gatherings .

Tomorrow there is 11am swim at the beach however Rachel is doing yoga at 10 am for a suggested donation of £5 towards a domestic violence and abuse charity if anyone would like to go down earlier weather permitting . 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧜🏼‍♀️🧜🏼‍♂️🌊

This lady 🥰our lovely sallyann set herself a target swimming 10.000metres for bone cancer charity . In June, and she’s currently swimming her last 40 lengths . Well done sallyann your a star . You set the bar high and dedicated yourself to completing it not sure on how you would . Whilst some days we have sat round having a laugh messing about eating we have watched you swim backwards and forwards completing somedays 80 lengths .

Massive photo drop . Long sunny beach day today started with about 20 of us . Picnic, hot sun cold sea , laughter , playfulness , paddleboard and relaxing . Thanks tribe for an amazing day our biggest Sunday turnout yet . Thanks everyone for the pics and memories . 🧜🏼‍♀️🌊🧜🏼‍♂️🌞💫🌅

Last night we had drumming circle at lound with my good friend Emma The Energy Alchemist Check out her page , we have lots more collaborations coming with Emma , Kerry and Rachel over autumn and winter so stay tuned .

Emma does sound healing and drumming, she’s also a reiki healer and also on her shamanic healing journey and will be bringing soul retrieval to her list of therapies . Currently does house clearances of negative energies too . She also does one to one healings on clearing energy blocks in the body from past traumas . She is working a limited time schedule over summer but please attend her events . They really do bring the mind body and spirit back into balance .

Rachel brings lovely gentle peaceful yoga to our group which also help to stretch out the body and remove energy blocks . She works in small intimate groups which helps with those of you that aren’t confident in larger groups and it helps Rachel to see where you need more of a one to one guide .

Kerry works on a Deep spiritual level with her massage, reflexology, crystal healing and reiki . She can reach you on a soul level with spiritual counselling within treatments to help you to see a positive future whilst clearing away the debri of the past .

Feeling so grateful that 25 of my friends got up at 4am for solstice sunrise today . Meditation, cacao , affirmations, connections , love and laughter . It’s been an amazing two years meeting through the cold dips journey and this past year ramped up the energy even more , and now we have more adventures to look forward to . Feeling so blessed and complete . Thankyou for walking this path.

There was a brief moment the sun hid behind a cloud and that was confirmation we don’t always see the beauty of something that’s waiting to come in but we keep the faith that it’s there and what’s meant for us will shine through eventually 🌅☀️🌞💜💫

If my calculations are right there should be around 20 of us meeting at 4 am in the morning at our usual spot infront of the beach huts !

I’m busy today so won’t make a swim but 6pm at the pool if anyone wants it?
Solstice tonight 9.50 pm the shortest night of the year. Sunrise tomorrow 4.29 am so we will be meeting at the beach 4am I will bring a mediation , then we will get a sea dip in . Followed by cacao and drumming and some music giving thanks for our journey to here and the adventures yet to come .
