Christina Parsons for Judge

Endorsed by the Republican Committee of Lancaster County! Experienced. Constitutional Conservative.

Christina Parsons is an attorney and solo practitioner who served as a Hearing Officer in the dependency section of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas for 13 years. In that time, she prepared for Court by reviewing legal filings, presided over hearings from the Judge’s bench in a Courtroom at the Lancaster Courthouse, and submitted written Recommendations to the assigned Judge detailing th

e current status of each case and her views as to the appropriate next steps. Following the Judge’s approval of her Recommendations, they became Court Orders. Several local Judges held the same or a similar position as Christina prior to their successful election as Judge, demonstrating that she has a skill set needed on our Bench at this time. Christina’s 13 years as a Hearing Officer, as well as her prior work experience and her solid academic credentials, demonstrate that she is prepared to do the legal analysis necessary to assist the local Bench in any area. Prior to working as a Hearing Officer, Christina practiced family law at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, worked in employment law at a large local law firm, and clerked for a federal judge who handled both civil and criminal cases. She graduated in the top 3% of her class from the Dickinson School of Law at the Penn State University and had previously graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a 4.0 grade point average. Moreover, Christina’s conservative credentials are well-established. She has been involved in and supported the local Republican party for nearly 15 years, and she served as a member of our Republican State Committee for more than 8 years. She has campaigned on behalf of Republican candidates at all levels of government: federal, state, and local. Most recently, she served an officer for the local Women’s Republican Club (WRC), which recently celebrated its 100th Anniversary, and also as Co-Chair for the 2022 Biennial Convention of the Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women (PFRW) in Lancaster. Christina grew up in a home where both of her parents worked hard to support the family. The first in her family to graduate from college, she has a deep appreciation for all of the hardworking people in this country who also care each day for their families and pay the taxes that enable our government to function. She loves Lancaster County and is thankful to live here with her husband and children.

As we are just about 2 weeks from the General Election, Christina is incredibly grateful to all of those who have been helping this campaign. Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers out there!

As a mom of three boys, Christina understands the importance of teaching children many lessons, but she also recognizes that the process of raising children teaches parents many things. Her boys have made her a better attorney because she has experienced firsthand some of the challenges all parents have faced in these last few years.
