Any parent deserves to have to say bye to her or his son, without knowing when are he or she gonna see him again... he is the only one who can make me smile like this... my real love

There, in Marbella, on the stage, smiling, enjoying and dying at the same time. Between the public, I listen nothing, only screaming, pushing and advising. Between the public, I can see with her camera, living every pose as she has lived every moment of my preparation and supporting as she has done all the time. I look to the front and I can see pushing too, screaming, after coming from Iceland and supporting me there (thank you again for that huge gift), I look again to the front and I can see my brother pushing too, screaming, living it from there, pushing his brother .maiky on the stage with me too (very proud of you too bro)
So? Yes, I repeat, dying, but happy, smiling, enjoying and with the quietness of having done and given EVERYTHING during, and before that moment.

Aún recuerdo la primera vez que te acercaste a mi en World Class en Reikiavik, y nos dimos cuenta que ambos éramos latinos. Dos morenos en el polo norte. Desde ese día has estado presente en mi vida, en mis peores momentos por lo de mi hijo que lo has vivido muy de cerca y en otros momentos de máxima alegría. El domingo me hiciste llorar. Aparecer en Marbella, en el campeonato, viniendo desde Islandia, sin previo aviso... no me lo esperaba. Sabes lo importante que eres en mi vida, sabes que echo de menos Islandia también por ti y, sobre todo, eres quien mejor puede hablarle el día de mañana a mi hijo sobre quien es su papá y cuánto lo quiere su papá. El mayor trofeo de este campeonato fue poder darte un abrazo hermano mío. Espero verte pronto, en Islandia y con mi hijo Thor

Happy birthday to my little boy Thor. After more than one month without knowing about you, without being able to videocall you or something, with a person blocking our communications... there’s not one day when I don’t miss you. I am sure if you could ask for something for your birthday, you would ask to see your father. But no matter what, I am here, I have been here and I will be here for you. You are not orphan of father even if there is someone pretending it with her selfish actions. This is not about taking a kid from a father... I can live with pain, I am use to it. Hoy quiero hacer un pequeño homenaje a este ejemplo como persona, padre, marido, amigo y trabajador, ahora también, como deportista. no ha sido fácil llegar hasta aquí, y más dura aún es la noticia de la suspensión de los campeonatos en Canarias debido a la situación actual del Covid-19. Pero no nos vamos con las manos vacías, nos llevamos un cambio espectacular y un gran aprendizaje. Ahora toca mejorar. Es un placer para mi haber compartido este camino juntos, esto solo acaba de empezar .
