PS 42 wishes you all a very happy Independence Day. Also known as the Fourth of July. The day in 1776 that the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia.
We hope that the holiday affords you a well-deserved rest and the opportunity to spend cherished time with your loved ones.
As we celebrate our nation's independence, let us also pay tribute to the brave men and women defending our freedoms around the world.

Class 1-203 visited 2-205 and interviewed the second graders to get ready for next year! We even saw some former students.
Word on the street is I love Reese’s. I learned something new, “Stressed” spelled backwards is another one of my favs. Such a thoughtful gift 😉
