Casa de Proa
Bringing authentic Mexican Food to Hampton Roads! My husband, Gerardo is from Mexico and I am from Southern California.
We moved here in 2016 and immediately realized the need for some great, authentic Mexican food. This year we debuted at Pumpkinville and never imagined how much we enjoyed cooking and absolutely love watching people enjoy our food. This is a family affair and we look forwarding to expanding and serving Hampton Roads!
Come see us at Ft. Monroe. We will be here until 3:00 with lots of cold Horchata, Mexican street corn, Empanadas & churros.

On the menu from today! Open at noon and likely closing at 2 today due to the heat!
Beat the heat with some ice cold horchata!
UPDATE: The heat is upon us! Because of predicted heat index of 105 on Sunday, we have given the vendors the option of sitting this one out, if they have a medical condition or are very heat sensitive. Some have taken that option and will not there Sunday, as originally planned. This updated list shows the vendors who are currently committed to coming. Customers need only be there for a short while to get what they want, but with setup time and breakdown time, vendors can be out in the heat for up to 5 1/2 hours on a normal market day. That can be dangerous in this kind of heat. Please be aware we will likely close early, possibly as early as 2:00. So PLEASE COME, AND COME EARLY. The vendors who are showing up are counting on your support, even if your shopping trip for your favorites is brief. THANK YOU!
Itโs been a while since theyโve been with us, but we are excited to welcome back to Harvest Market at this Sunday! See you for lunch starting at noon!
Thank you!
