Thanks to everyone who came to the Pumphouse last night. Thanks to all the volunteers. We had a sellout. Between ticket sales and donated artwork the gallery is closer to their goal to ”Fix the Bricks”.
Thursday, Hillbilly Chic is playing for the Pumphouse Center for the Arts.
A big fundraiser for Chillicothe’s public art center, run by volunteers and open to the public with 11 public shows a year including youth school art shows, individual artists and group shows and childrens art camps.
Doors open at 6:30, music starts at 7. Food and drinks. Featuring Paul Brown , the Cowboy Poet and an art auction at intermission. 10 artists, 10 works of art. Alan Gough, Patrick Sims, John Victor, and Lynn Carden to name a few. Betsy Parker’s creative landscape design talent will also be auctioned. Music and a fun time! Get your ticket at the Pump House or PM the Pumphouse to make arrangements. Let’s “Fix the Bricks”! Proceeds go to repairs on the buildings old bricks that are crumbling. Support our Chillicothe art gallery!

We’ve got a great couple weeks of music for you. This Wednesday, July 19 at Steiner’s Speakeasy, Friday at Todd’s Fork Revival, next Thursday, July 27 at “Fix the Bricks” Pumphouse Center for the Arts and then we finish with a Friday at the Rhoads Garden Center.

We are performing at, The Thanksmas Concert, for the Chillicothe Civic Theater at their new location on Saturday Nov. 27. Also our members, Paul Brown and Neil Weiland will be playing the tribute to John Hartford at Natalies Coal Fired Pizza. Some on out and support live music with us.
Byrnes Pub in Grandview Heights will be hosting us this Friday night. Bluegrass Happy Hour from 7-9pm. We'll give it our all to give you a good show! See you soon.

Old Seed, a trio with Zeke Hutchison, Joe Burdock and Matt McElroy will open. Hillbilly Chic will close. Admission is free. We blend a variety of musical styles and genres in a progressive manner, while staying respectful of tradition. Paul Brown sings, fiddles and plays clawhammer banjo; Richard Moore sings and plays guitar; Brian Joseph plays mandolin; Nick Weiland sings and plays the upright bass; and John K.
