پینشنر حضرات کیلئے ضروری اطلاع
فائنانس ڈویژن نے اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کو 6/01/2021 کو ایک حکمنامہ جاری کیا ہے کہ اگر کوئی ریٹائرڈ پرسن جو کسی بھی محکمے کی پینشن وصول کرتا ہے، وہ ہر اکتوبر اور مارچ میں اپنا لائف سرٹیفکیٹ جمع نہ کرائے یا بوقت ضرورت اپنی بائیومیٹرک ویریفکیشن نہ کرا سکے یا متواتر چھ ماہ تک پینشن لینے نہ آئے تو اس کا بینک اکاؤنٹ ڈورمینٹ کر دیا جائے۔

آپ کے اپنے خاندان میں کوئی پینشنر ہو یا ارد گرد میں کوئی جاننے والا ہو یا وہ خواتین جو اپنے شوہر کی پینشن وصول کرتی ہیں انہیں اپڈیٹ کر دیں کہ ہر چھ ماہ بعد یعنی ایکبار مارچ میں اور دوسری بار اکتوبر میں اپنا لائف سرٹیفکیٹ لازمی جمع کرائیں اور اس موقع پر اگر بینک چاہے تو اپنا بائیومیٹرک ویریفکیشن بھی ضرور کروائیں یعنی مشینی انگوٹھا اپڈیٹ کرا دیں۔

جو پینشنر کسی وجہ سے وصولی موخر کرتے ہیں انہیں بھی چاہئے کہ چھ ماہ میں ایکبار پینشن ضرور لے لیا کریں لیکن اس میں خطرہ یہ ہے کہ چھ ماہ بعد جب پینشن لینے جانا ہو عین اس موقع پر طبیعت خراب ہوجائے اور وقت نکل جائے تو اکاؤنٹ عارضی طور پر بلاک ہو جائے گا جسے دوبارہ چالو کرانے کیلئے ایک دو دن کی خجل خواری متھے لگ جائے گی لہذا بہتر ہے کہ سیف سائڈ پر رہنے کیلئے ہر چار ماہ بعد لے لیا کریں۔

عام آدمی کا اکاؤنٹ ڈورمنٹ کرنے کی مدت ایک سال ہے، جو اکاؤنٹ سال میں ایکبار بھی استعمال نہیں ہوتا وہ سال بعد ڈورمنٹ ہو جاتا ہے، پینشنر کیلئے یہ مدت کم کرکے چھ ماہ کر دی گئی ہے تاکہ کسی خصوصی صورتحال میں اس کا اکاؤنٹ مس یوز نہ ہو۔

جو اکاؤنٹ دس سال تک استعمال نہ ہو وہ کلی طور پر اپنے پاس جمع شدہ رقم سمیت اسٹیٹ بینک کے حوالے کر دیا جاتا ہے جسے واپس کلیم کرنا انتہائی مشکل کام ہے اسلئے کوئی ایسا اکاؤنٹ جس میں کوئی رقم محفوظ کرکے بچوں کیلئے یا کسی اور مقصد کیلئے چھوڑ چکے ہوں اسے بھی سال دو سال میں کروٹ بدلوا لیا کریں، بیشک ہزار پانچ سو جمع کراکے اگلے دن واپس نکال لیں۔
