We are all aware of what happened at the opening Olympic ceremony. Consider another perspective. This is a systemic spiritual problem.

THIS IS ABOUT OUR CHILDREN.

When we stood up to the promotion of pe******ia, r**e, and in**st at our local high school, we called the local district Churches to help. NOT ONE CHURCH RESPONDED.

Many ministers responded to the grooming at the Olympics the same way, or even worse, encouraged others to just pray and not be offended.

NEXUS members took matters into our own hands, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to protect our children in the schools and bring about change.

I understand not everyone is called to stand up in public, but the instruction from the pulpit should not be to remain silent within the four walls of the Church. Those who do will have little impact on society.

The more we tolerate, the more emboldened the groomers will become.
