Dyson V8 full service, came in with a no suction fault. Found the filter very blocked, these Dyson cordless machines are tricky as the filters can look clean from the outside. Customer opted for a full service while it was with me.

I have been after one of these for years! This is a Dyson DC02 Destijl. These are incredibly rare now. I have a video of me using one of these when I was a child so when I saw it for sale I just had to buy it!

It’s now looking much better than this and will be added to my small vacuum cleaner collection.

During my time away from Facebook I made a few improvements to the shed. One of these was installing an air conditioning system. I’m an air conditioning engineer in my day job so have the qualifications required to do this.

It’s been in just over a year now and both heats and cools the shed. It’s super efficient at heating and cheap to run. Since installation the electric heaters haven’t been used once! These pictures are me carrying out a maintenance on the system.

The main reason I repair and refurbish vacuum cleaners as a hobby is to help the environment and investing in this system for heating and cooling the shed helps the environment too!
