The Large Bar Pan is one of our most used items in the kitchen, especially this time of year! With a seemingly endless supply of veggies coming out of the garden, I love using this pan to make a quick one-pan meal with chicken breasts, veggies, and a sauce (pesto is a favorite) or seasoning (Eric's homemade Cajun used here).
