Self confidence, is something that's stops me from moving forward, YES me for those that know me will be like what but It's something I've been working on for a long time in my life and yes I'm more confident now then ever but I'm still working on it as through out your life there'll be different things that knock your confidence but YOU work on it

Its important to know that everything you need is inside you, you have the power to be what ever you want, do what ever you want, have what ever you want by putting the work into it. Never allow anyone to tell you any different.
Like looking for someone to fill that void or love you when we should love ourselves first. As they say "fill your own cup" so when you do find love you don't need that person you want them in your life.
As well as physical wellbeing I have learnt over the years you need a total balance in every area of you and the one other thing I have a passion for is energy work, working with the inner self as for me and others I've worked with has helped me become the person I'm growing to love and respect ππβ¨
Meditating everyday can be life changing and it doesn't have to be an a long practice. Just 10 mins a day preferably in the morning and then gradually increasing it can support:

β Support emotionally Support
β Calm a busy mind
β Can support fighting addiction
β Help centre & ground you
β Helps increase attention span
And much much more as it positively supports every individual differently as our needs & wants are different π§π½ββοΈ
For me in person its supported me in grounding myself, staying in the present and most importantly keeping my mind calm ππ
Have you ever heard of you are what you eat... Well I believe its true but hard to put in practice if you have a busy lifestyle and no planning. So for me I've learnt to prep my food for the whole week, that way I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat and most importantly cook, I can just grab and go.
Here's a list to make it easier to eat healthier and happier...
1. Make a list of what you are going to eat in the week - it saves you money as well.π΄π
2. Make your shopping listπβ
3. Pick a day where you shop and prep your food - I prefer shopping on Saturday night & prepping on Sunday morning ππ₯π©βπ³

Hi beautiful people, I hope you all are well and held safe in your magnificent power.
My name is Ruby and I'm from Birmingham UK. I always had a dream from a young age to support other beings, to make people happy or just to be there if I was needed but never actually knew my purpose in what career I wanted and especially after having my children who are my true shining stars π...I actually lost myself and all that was magical or made me. So after a massive life change in 2010 I started walking my true path and trust me when they say roller coaster, it was just that but I fell in love in power lifting so I qualified as personal trainer and never looked back after that. But I felt there was still something missing and that was me, knowing who I was,my true purpose and I can say the last 5 years of self finding and reconnecting with my inner self and my higher power has been such a honour and magical journey which I'm still on and I love it with all my heart and soul...πβππ
So for that reason I feel I'm ready enough to step into my power and help other amazing people to do the same through fitness and spiritual well-being πποΈββοΈπβ¨
