@cocoabarinajar Protein PB cookies 🍪 Let’s make them 👩‍🍳 1 cup old-fashioned oats 3/4 cup almond flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ⅔ cup protein peanut butter ⅓ cup maple syrup 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 2 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp avocado oil 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips flakey sea salt on top Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl add in all your wet ingredients and mix well. Then add in your dry and combine 2. Scoop out about 2 tbsp per cookie on to a lined baking sheet. Gently flatten each cookie and top with flakey salt, optional but delicious 3. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Don’t over bake or these will be very dry cookies 4. Remove from the oven and let cool 5. Cookie dough protein bites 🍪 💪🏼 Ingredients: 🍪 1/2 cup @cocoabarinajar protein pb 🍪 3 tbsp agave/maple syrup 🍪 1 tbsp melted vegan butter 🍪 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🍪 1 cup oat flour (blended oats) 🍪 1/4- 1/3 cup mini vegan chocolate chips Directions: 1. Mix the pb, syrup, melted butter and vanilla extract together until combined 2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms 3. Roll into 12 equal sized balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge 4. Broccoli & Cauliflower side salad 🥦 🤎 This is the perfect side to bring to any picnic or BBQ this summer 🙌🏼 Original recipe is from my grandmother and I gave it my own little twist to be healthier 🤍 Ingredients: • 2 Cups fresh broccoli pieces, stems off • 2 Cups fresh cauliflower pieces, stems off • 1/4 cup raisins • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Sauce: • 1/3 cup vegan mayo or homemade cashew cream • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice • 1/8 cup agave or maple syrup • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp onion salt 👩‍🍳 Directions: 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together until smooth 2. Rinse your chopped veggies and add to a bowl with the raisins and nuts 3. Pour the sauce mixture over the veggie mix 4. Cover the bowl and give it a good shake to cover everything 5. Let sit in the fridge for a couple hours (if you can wait) 6. Vegan blueberry protein muffins 🫐 💪🏼 These taste just like the ones from the bakery but they have over 10g of protein each 👏🏼 Make them 👇🏼 Muffin ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup drippy almond butter 
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1 cup all-purpose flour 1.5 cups rolled or quick oats 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 1/2 cup vegan protein powder @livbody 1/2 cup frozen mini blueberries 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Spray or line a muffin pan with cupcake liners and set aside 3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately 4. Add the wet into the dry and mix until combined. Don’t over mix 5. Fold in the blueberries gently 6. Evenly distribute the muffin batter into the muffin pan (12 muffins) 7. Bake for roughly 25 minutes or until the center is cooked 8. Let cool and enjoy! Healthy banana cream pie with protein vanilla wafers 🍪 🍌 Here’s how to make it: 🍌 @simplydelishnatural vegan banana pudding mix (Make as directed with dairy free milk) 🥣 Dairy free unsweetened vanilla yogurt of choice 🍪 Protein cookie recipe: Ingredients ▢ 3.53 oz vegan butter, room temp ▢ 3/5 cup sugar substitute or coconut sugar ▢ 8 ¼ tsp aquafaba, liquid from can chickpeas ▢ 2 tbsp vanilla extract ▢ 1 cup AP flour ▢ 1/3 cup @livbody protein powder ▢ 1 tsp baking powder ▢ 1/2 tsp sea salt ▢ 1 tbsp dairy free milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 345 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside 2. Mix the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy 3. Add in the vanilla extract and aquafaba and mix until combined 4. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt 5. Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture. Add in the milk and mix until well combined. 6. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a medium tip. Pipe even amounts of dough, about 1.5 tsp size for each cookie on to the baking sheet. 7. Bake for roughly 15 minutes but check them as you want them to be slightly golden brown 8. Let them cool completely 9. Assemble the cream pie by layering pudding, cookies and yogurt. Enjoy any leftover cookies by themselves :) 10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or best overnight. Vegan protein tiramisu 🇮🇹 🌱 🍰 Not exactly like the original BUT healthier and packed with protein to make it great for meal prep 💪🏼 👩‍🍳 Let’s make it! Ingredients: 🍰 Cake: - 2 Cups Oat flour - 1 Cup Almond flour - 1 Tsp Baking Soda - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract - 3 pitted dates (Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, drained and mashed with a fork) - 1 Cup + 1 tbsp dairy free milk Cream: - 1 Cup Vanilla vegan yogurt - 1 scoop @livbody oatmeal cookie vegan protein - 1/2 Cup raw cashews (Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained) - 2 Tbsp maple syrup - 1 Tsp pure vanilla extract ☕️ Other Ingredients: - 1 Cup Coffee (Cooled) - 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa or Cacao Powder (For dusting) Baking: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper 3. Mix all the cake ingredients together and spread out evenly into the lined pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes 4.
