Ms. Maira Junejo is a permanent faculty of Management Sciences in SZABIST. She has completed her Masters in Marketing from Edinburgh Business School (EBS) a leading institute in Scotland – in April 2015.Furthermore, she finished her Double Masters in Advertising from SZABIST. Ms. Junejo has previously worked for Engro Corp, Manhattan International and she played a vital role in establishing the German Pakistan Chamber of commerce and Industry working very closely with the German Consulate. She strongly supports professional Workingwomen and education for children to raise literacy counts, economic conditions and infrastructure of Pakistan.

Dr. Mustansar Hayat have done PhD from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, Dalian, China, majoring in Financial Management, with research focus on Corporate Governance and Capital Structure. Before that he did his MBA in Financial Management from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. He also have one-year corporate experience in accounting and finance. Currently, along with the faculty position at SZABIST, he is also serving as a reviewer in Sage Open and as a Member of Editorial Advisory Board at the University of Sindh Journal of Finance, Economics and Management Sciences. His research focus these days is in emerging economies and energy financing.

Dr. Noman Soomro has completed his Ph.D. with a specialization in Human Resource Management from SZABIST-Karachi. He associated with the leading organizations of Pakistan and gained rich experience in strategic planning, human resource management and organizational competencies. His research interests are human resource management, strategic human resource management, change management, and organizational performance. He is currently associated with SZABIST-Karachi as an Assistant Professor.

Nadira Hyder Zaidi is the Programme Manager for Languages Programme at SZABIST, Karachi.

Tahira Adeel Zaman, has been associated with academia for the past 14 years, teaching English, language and literature at various levels. At present, a lecturer at SZABIST for the past 4 years. She has been conducting workshops for ELTs through various plateforms. She is also been actively involved in researching, presenting papers at conferences and collaborating with fellow researchers to discuss and investigate various TESL areas.

Shumaila Kashif, Assistant Professor, SZABIST, is a PhD Scholar. She has nine years’ experience in corporate and seven years in academia. Her areas of interest are Retail Marketing and Management, Consumer Behavior and Co-creation.

Ms. Saima Hussain, Assistant Professor SZABIST Karachi, MS in Marketing and a PhD Scholar at SZABIST. Teaching Information Technology and Research based courses for last eight years to Bachelors and Masters Students of Management Science. Supervised more than 100 researches at the level of MS, MBA, BBA, and BABS programs. Ms. Saima has publications in impact factor and ESCI journals in domain of innovation,
marketing, consumer behavior and human resource management. Positively, teaching and research are her passions as she has capability to empower others in value creation for professional career and organizational growth. Salman Ahmed Shaikh holds Ph.D. in Economics from the National University of Malaysia. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Management Sciences at SZABIST Karachi. In corporate career, he has worked for Meezan Bank, BMC Pakistan, Bankers’ Academy, USA, ABN AMRO Bank and Citi Bank. He has published research papers in top international journals, presented researches in research conferences held in Malaysia, Turkey, Brunei, Indonesia and Pakistan and has also contributed 10 book chapters in book publications by Routledge, Springer, Palgrave, Edward Elgar and Gower Publishing. He is also Editorial Advisory Board member of Emerald International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management (IJIMEFM), indexed in SSCI. He also worked as Editor for the 2019 Global Islamic Finance Report for Edbiz Consulting UK. Furthermore, Emerald editorial team selected two of his papers for two separate journals as Highly Commended Paper in the 2018 Emerald Literati Awards. He has also won paper prize in World Islamic Finance Forum 2018.

He is a young, highly motivated and results-driven individual having Ph.D. (Finance) in the area of Asset Pricing and Portfolio Management. He has over 8 years of experience in corporate and banking sector along with over 7 years of teaching’s experience. He is Double gold medalist consecutively in MBA (Finance) and MS (Finance) with Chancellor Cap of Honor award. He is well versed in dealing computer software including research (SPSS, E-Views, STATA & EndNotes), statistical and accounting software.

He has 27 peer-reviewed research publications in HEC recognized local and highly reputed international (Thomson Reuters, SCOPUS, ABDC & ERA etc.) research journals to his credit and has supervised various research projects/independent research studies at MBA & MS level. He has also worked as Journal’s editor of HEC recognized reputed university and able to work independently; can handle complex assignments with efficiency. His areas of interest are accounting and finance.

Dr. Saqlain Raza is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship Management at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Karachi. He received a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia (AACSB & AMBA), with best thesis nomination. His research interests focus on entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurship education, digital social innovation and firm dynamic capabilities. He publishes research articles in internationally recognized journals and regularly participates in academic events. He is also Associate Editor of the Journal of Entrepreneurship Education (Scopus-Q2).

Dr. Najmunnisa, PhD in Education has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of teaching and teachers` training. Dr. Najmonnisa is currently working in the capacity of Head of Department at SZABIST University. In the past, she has worked for Government of Sindh, Sindh Education Foundation and USAID in various teacher-training programs. She has presented numerous papers in National and International Conferences. Dr. Najmonnisa is also associated with various NGOs in the capacity of Consultant and has conducted trainings for private and public school teachers and heads for more than two decades

Dr. Muhammad Saeed Shahbaz is an Assistant Professor in Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. degree from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. From 2012 to 2016, he has been with the Department of Commerce, Superior Group Lahore, Pakistan, where he was an Assistant Professor. During his tenure, he had participated in various academics and non-academics activities. From 2010 to 2012, he has been with the Department of Business Administration, Government Degree College Lahore, Pakistan, as a Lecturer. He completed his Master in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Science (Pak-AIMS), Pakistan. His area of research are supply chain management, risk management, production and operation management. He has more than twenty (20) research articles published in reputable international indexed journals. Additionally, he has co-authored in seven (7) research articles in the area of production and operation management. Moreover, he is serving as editor and reviewer of various reputed journals. He is also honored to be invited as the guest speaker, trainer and research evaluator by various universities and academic bodies nationally and internationally.

Dr. Waqar Akbar is PhD in Business Management from Faculty of Business & Accountancy, University of Malaya Malaysia. He holds a Master of Science in the Management Science from the SZABIT, Pakistan. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of business management as an educationist, trainer and consultant. Presently, He is an Assistant Professor at SZABIST, Karachi and managing editor for a Higher education commission (HEC) recognized Y category journal ‘JISR_MSSE’. He teaches Research Methods and Quantitative Data Analysis courses at Post graduate level and conducts training on “Multivariate and Multilevel Data Analysis at national and international platforms. Besides trainings, he also served as Data Analyst for a funded project during his PhD candidature at University of Malaya.

Sarah Wali Qazi, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Faculty of Management Sciences at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology- SZABIST, Karachi, Pakistan. She has over eight years of experience in the field of management sciences and expert in Qualitative research. She is serving as reviewer of different peer-reviewed international and HEC recognized research journals. Her several research papers have been published in the reputable national and international journals. She is also the consultant to microfinance institutions and provide trainings too. Her fields of interest are women entrepreneurship, women empowerment, microcredit, corporate social responsibility, green philosophies, sustainability, human resource and gender equality. She has attended national and international conferences and privileged to be invited as the guest speaker, trainer and research evaluator in numerous universities, radio stations and academic bodies.

Dr Muhammad Kashif is the Head of Department of Management Sciences SZABIST (Karachi). He holds a PhD in financial economics, MSc. financial economics both from the University of Glasgow, UK and MBA in Finance. He has previously held teaching positions at the University of Baluchistan, and Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (Karachi). His research interests lie in the areas of Asset Pricing, Portfolio Choice, Investment Strategies and Institutional Investors. His research profile includes a comprehensive empirical examination of a number of stock market anomalies and performance of risk factor models on the UK stock market. He has presented his research work at top-ranked universities, workshops and doctoral colloquium like University of Glasgow, University of Stirling, Bangor Business School, University of Bangor (Wales), University of Durham, University of Swansea (Wales), Scottish Doctoral Colloquium, Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Research Development Event, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Edinburgh. Not only he has published in elite finance journal like “Journal of Banking and Finance” but also provided reviewer ship services to Journal of Banking and Finance and Journal of Managerial Finance etc. He has successfully supervised many MPhil and PhD students ts. He is the member of many statutory bodies like BoF, BoS of distinct higher education institutes in Pakistan.

Prof. Dr. Aamir Firoz Shamsi has been a seasonal academician, researcher, trainer and consultant. He did his PhD in Management Science from Hamdard University, Karachi. Before this he did MS from SZABIST and earned Gold Medal from Karachi University. He is HEC Registered Supervisor and Referee of eight local and international peer reviewed journals. He has 34 publications on his credentials in both local and international journals. His fields of research are management, HRM, corporate performance management and Balanced Scorecard.
