Fruit Pai specialised in making Chao Shan(潮汕) style fruit salad, adding a tinge of our specially crafted liquorice sauce into the fruits and dip the fruits with 3 types of dipping powders: fragrant spicy powder , galangal powder and specially crafted plum powder.
