Sunday’s are probably one of my favorite days 🗓 of the week (to be honest, right now everyday feels like a Sunday) 😏

Sunday’s are sacred. They’re a day for worship. Rest. Family. And in my opinion, give you a chance to prepare for the upcoming week! One of my favorite ways to prepare for the week is to meal prep! I’ve gotten off my routine with my meal 🥘 prepping... well, because COVID (I know I’m not alone here!)

With the kids starting school 🏫 in a couple weeks, I’m working on getting us all back on some kind of schedule/routine again. So, in order for my kids 👫🏼 to get on their routine, it’s only right I practice what I preach and get back to mine. 😜

So, prepping my food 🍓🥦 is one of the easiest ways i can prepare for the week & minimize my time in the kitchen throughout the week. Not to mention it helps my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 with healthier eating habits (not to mention, friendly on my budget 📈 aka no eating out sooo it’s a win win!)

So I want to know, how do you spend your Sunday’s? 💛
