We had a fun last week!!! I savored every minute with this sweet crew! I watched them jump on the inflatables, get their cute faces painted, heard them laughing while they played in the “enchanted forest”, and we ate so much good food. I’m going miss hearing these sweet voices say my name.
Here’s to summer ☀️🏝️

We are getting to witness the butterfly life cycle! Our caterpillars are officially in their chrysalis! Hopefully we will have some butterflies soon! We spent this past week learning what happens to a caterpillar! We did centers for the kids to learn about each stage in a butterfly’s life! We had eggs crack open to reveal a caterpillar! Then we glued the caterpillar (pompoms) onto a clothespin where the caterpillars moved into their chrysalis (toilet paper roll). After a day or two, the caterpillars broke out of their chrysalis and were beautiful butterflies! We read a butterfly emergent reader where the kids had to put the butterfly life cycle into the correct sequence. Then we ended the week with our field trip to the strawberry patch! 🦋🐛🍓
