I’ve been sleeping on this lavender dragonfly print for a while now because I have a limited amount and I’m not sure if I can get more. But when I got this golden sun fabric in the other day, I knew they were the perfect complement to each other and finally decided enough was enough! Any of you like to make at-home cocktails? If so, what’s your go-to? We love to host holidays and parties, and my husband is usually the designated bartender. He requested this olive canvas apron for his birthday because I may more may have kept stealing his original one 🫣), and I think it’s a great neutral that will go with whatever party attire he ends up sporting. This Campfire print from has been a customer favorite, and for good reason! How cute are those trees and tents?? It’s been a rollable bag for a while, but it’s now available in a lunch bag as well! Great for school, car trips, hikes. Ivy uses hers every day but do you know the best part? I just throw it in the wash when it needs a clean and it’s as good as new. Grab yours in the shop! 🏕️✨

A happy view from my sewing room. I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back here again! We’ve had a lot of curve balls thrown our way the past week - back to back repairs on my car, a double cornea infection for me, my sewing machine quit on me out of the blue (with several orders waiting in the wings), and then - I kid you not- an entire tree fell on and totaled my husbands car. We reached a point where we just started laughing instead of crying…because what else can you do?? 😅 So today I’m extra thankful for a cozy, rainy (UNEVENTFUL) Saturday tucked away in my studio, listening to an audiobook, and filling orders. And more than anything I’m thankful for all the people who have come alongside and helped us this past week - they have been many, and they have been tangible answers to prayer. I hope your weekend is full of similar blessings, whatever curveballs may have been thrown your way. 💗

I’m baaaack! Sadly my old sewing machine could not be repaired, but the wonderful people at helped me pick out a new machine, so I’m back to sewing and shipping out orders! 🎉 Thank you for your patience on delayed orders 💗 Quantities have now been restocked, and this new striped bag is also listed and available for immediate shipping! I’m getting serious Spring fever over here. Extra daylight returns on Sunday, the temps are climbing (ever so slowly) higher, and I’m dreaming of warm evenings outside. 😌🌿

For my husband’s birthday, I promised to make him another apron since I was always stealing his 🫣 but once I made his, I realized I wanted a new one too. And one with some flair. 🐆
I almost always opt for these chef aprons folded in half, though I will occassionally wear the full bib if I’m dealing with a particularly agressive batch of spaghetti sauce. Look for this pattern in the shop later this week or, if you can’t wait, grab one that’s already available! Happy Monday!

Flower Girl ready 🌿
I had a client request bows for flower girls that matched the bridesmaids dresses in an upcoming wedding, and I mean - how great is this green velvet? 😍 I took scraps from alterations and made two Mini clips along with a Sailor Bow clip - I can’t wait to see pics from the big day! 🤍

We got more snow overnight, which makes for a super cozy sewing room (it feels like a snow globe! ❄️)

I just finished this little zip pouch for my sister - she wanted a cute way to store her ticket stubs she’s accumulated over the years. Also, I can’t get enough of these hedgehogs and gingham 🦔🤍

I know I’ve been quiet on here - still plugging away at Etsy orders and enjoying the slower pace of winter (tho I am getting antsy for Spring!! 🌸)

I recently finished this custom doll order - my client chose this gorgeous green fabric, and I love how it turned out!

Custom orders are as easy as emailing or DMing me - simply specify skin tone and hair color and general dress color and I’ll send you some options for pick from. One of my tips is to browse my page or shop to see if you like any fabrics on larger projects (totes, aprons, etc.) because chances are I will still have that fabric lying around. Or if you’re looking for something specific, I’ll do my best to accommodate!

As always, each doll comes with a matching headband or clip.

Hello from our little snow globe ☃️. It’s been a while! 👋🏼 This was the view from my sewing room tonight, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s been almost two years since we’ve had a real snow! Waffles, sledding, and forts (peep my youngest’s little dolly 👀) were on the agenda for today. I’ve been taking a little rest after the holiday rush, filling Etsy orders as they come but otherwise enjoying the coziness of winter. I have some new rollable prints that I’ll be releasing in the next couple weeks, along with some new aprons and totes. I hope you’re all staying warm and cozy - happy January to you all! ❤️❄️🌲

Today my husband and I had our annual Work Christmas Lunch - and it was just the two of us 😂 He has a “real” job, I have one a little less conventional, but I love it all the same. I have almost quit this gig SO many times, telling myself I should just get a “real” job, but this is truly what I love to do, and I’m so happy I get to do it. He has been my biggest supporter the entire way through, and I can’t think of anyone better to celebrate with. ❤️🎄

It’s my favorite week of the year 🤗🦃✨ Today’s agenda includes a little pre-game menu - making a roast chicken, testing out a new stuffing recipe, and prepping as much as I can ahead of Thursday. And I’m strongly considering making myself a Thanksgiving apron because I feel like it 😅

Bread Bags are now live in the shop! 🥖

I have been experimenting with these at home, and I really do love them for crusty loaves in particular. We are fond of making baguettes around here, and these bags keep the crust nice and crunchy while the interior stays soft. Because the point of bread bags is air circulation, I do recommend slicing as you go and using a beeswax wrap on the cut end if you don’t want that to get crusty. I also suggest eating the bread within a few days for optimal freshness, which isn’t usually a problem around here 😅
Because everyone has their preference, you’ll find both linen, cotton and a linen/cotton blend in the shop! Happy baking! ✨

Part of my daily routine is to light this votive each morning while I’m prepping bfasts and lunches, and again when it’s time to cook dinner. My 13-yr-old bought this at a thrift store at the beach over the summer and squirreled it away until my birthday. 😭 It’s such a little thing, but it brings me so much joy in the recurring rhythms of each day. Partly because of how little daylight there is in November 😅 but mostly because when I look at it, it reminds me of her thoughtfulness. Proof that gifts don’t have to be brand new, they just have to be meaningful. ❤️

Whenever I bring home new items, I have to sneak them by my girls because they usually want them! They saw the soup crocks I listed yesterday and demanded them for themselves, even tho we already have some (because these new ones have lids. 😉)
