Gorgeous day today to be out showing houses!!! I hope that everyone has a fabulous day!!!

Slab has been poured. So exciting to see it moving forward.

So today we got to look at a 91 Acre property and then on to a 1922 mini farm. Both awesome to see but just not what my buyer is looking for. Maybe tomorrow!!

So almost 300 miles for the weekend. Toured 8 homes (would have been 10 but 2 sold before we got there) a 2 hour open house for a friend makes for an exhausting weekend but the best news of all - WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT!! So excited for my sweet buyers.

Super busy day showing houses yesterday. Showing this morning. Open house this afternoon and back to showing!! I got this 💪!! Happy Sunday!!
