As part of our partnership with RecruitUS, the official collegiate recruiting partner of PBA Jr., we are awarding three free entries for any upcoming RecruitUS Showcase event ($155 value) at each of our PBA Jr. Regional Tournaments. One entry in each division goes to the junior bowler with the highest single game score during the Qualifying Round. Our final PBA Jr. Regional event for 2023 was held this past weekend at East Providence Lanes in East Providence, RI and we’d like to recognize our three new PBA Jr. first-time Champions. Pictured below are Champions Braden Cassidy (U15 Mixed) from Hopewell Junction, NY; Anna Antony (U18 Girls) from Farmington, CT; and Ethan Crouse (U18 Boys) from Lowville, NY. Participants at the PBA Jr. East Regional in East Providence, RI will be bowling on the PBA Jr. McEwan pattern, and now they will have an opportunity to meet the patterns’ namesake! PWBA Champion and Team USA member Danielle McEwan is scheduled to be onsite during the practice session on Friday afternoon, December 1. Bowlers will get to meet Danielle and she may even offer up some tips on how to play the oil pattern named after her.
The PBA Jr. East Regional at East Providence Lanes will have three divisions of competition (U18 Boys, U18 Girls and U15 Mixed), and we're adding $1,000 in SMART awards to the event. We are happy to announce that the upcoming Barnes Thanksgiving Classic held at Plano Super Bowl in Plano, TX will be a PBA Jr. Affiliate event! This is the 19th annual edition of this tournament which is run by the “Barnes Bowling Family” (Chris, Lynda, Troy & Ryan), and will be held over Thanksgiving weekend from Friday, November 24 through Sunday, November 26. PBA Jr. returned to Bowl America Southwest in Midlothian, VA this past weekend for a PBA Jr. South Regional event and we’d like to recognize our three Champions. Pictured below with GM James Washington are Champions Jos Weems (U15 Mixed) from Chicago, IL, Caylin Campbell (U18 Girls) from Savannah, GA, and Chance McLane (U18 Boys) from Chesapeake Beach, MD. This win was the second in 2023 and seventh overall PBA Jr. title for Jos, while Caylin earned her second PBA Jr. title, having won her first earlier this year at the PBA Jr. Regional in Myrtle Beach, SC. Chance is a newcomer to the PBA Jr. Champions group, earning his first-ever PBA Jr. title in this event. A PBA Jr. Southwest Regional event was held for the first time ever in the great state of Colorado, and we’d like to recognize our three Champions from the tournament held at Sweetheart 10 Pin Bowling in Loveland. Pictured below are Champions Dmitri Richardson (U18 Boys) from Greenwood Village, CO, Jadeyn Mabry (U18 Girls) from Queen Creek, AZ, and Ewan Oester (U15 Mixed) from Portland, OR. This is Dmitri’s second PBA Jr. title after winning the PBA Jr. National Championships Southwest Regional Qualifier in August of this year, and the first PBA Jr. title for Jadeyn and Ewan. We crowned three first-time Champions at the PBA Jr. West Regional which was held at Sparetime Lanes in Roy, UT this past weekend. Pictured below are our new PBA Jr. title-holders: Nevaeh Hull (Meridain, ID) earned her first PBA Jr. title in the U18 Girls Division; in the U18 Boys Division it was Vincent Jablonski (West Valley City, UT) who claimed the top spot; and Emerson Hadfield (North Logan, UT) led the U15 Mixed to secure his first PBA Jr. title. Thanks to Paul and the great staff at Sparetime Lanes for hosting this event, and to Storm Bowling for streaming our Match Play and hosting a tour of their facilities for our competitors and parents. First-time PBA Jr. Champion Taylor Kretz from Fairview, PA won the U18 Girls Division; Clayton Washington from Midlothian, PA earned his second PBA Jr. title in the U15 Mixed Division; and in the U18 Boys Division Carson Shroyer from Beavercreek, OH won his first PBA Jr. title. A PBA Jr. Midwest Regional was held at Bowlero Lakeside in Valley Park, MO over this past Labor Day weekend and we’d like to recognize all of our winners. First-time PBA Jr. Champion Macy Bromley from Savannah, TN won the U18 Girls Division; in the U18 Boys Division Silas Moats from Salem, IL won his first PBA Jr. title; and in the U15 Mixed Division Anthony Swanson from Evanston, IL won his third PBA Jr. title, defending his title from 2022 as returning U15 Mixed Champ in the Valley Park event. The 20 advancers to the PBA Jr. National Championship Finals were determined this past weekend.
The finals features 10 first-time qualifiers in the boys division and an experienced girls field, which includes the defending champion and the only four-time finalist in the event's history.

There was some exciting action on the lanes this past weekend at the five Regional Qualifier locations for the PBA Jr. National Championship. We are pleased to announce the 20 athletes who will be advancing to the PBA Jr. National Championship Finals at a PBA National Tour stop in early 2024.
In the East Regional held at Bowlero North Brunswick in North Brunswick, NJ, the U18 Girls who will be advancing are Regional Champion Melia Mitskavich (DuBois, PA) and runner-up Kayla Starr (Crofton, MD). This will be Melia’s second consecutive trip to the PBA Jr. Finals after being the East Region runner-up last year, and Kayla will be returning to the PBA Jr. Finals after competing in 2021-2022. Representing the U18 Boys will be Regional Champion Mel Sim (Queens Village, NY) and runner-up Joseph Dominguez (Manalapan, NJ). This will be a first trip to the PBA Jr. Finals for both of these athletes.
Advancing from the South Regional held at Bowlero Austell in Marietta, GA are U18 Girls Regional Champion Erin Klemencic (Powder Springs, GA) and runner-up Kaitlyn Stull (Raleigh, NC). Kaitlyn is the defending U18 Girls PBA Jr. National Champion and returns to the Finals for her second year to defend her title, and this is also Erin’s second consecutive trip to the Finals. Competing in the U18 Boys will be South Regional Champion Emmanuel Guevara (Largo, FL) and runner-up Spiros Schenk (Newnan, GA). This will be a first-time trip to the PBA Jr. Finals for both of these bowlers.
AMF West Lanes in Milwaukee, WI was the site of the Midwest / Central Regional, which will be represented by U18 Girls Regional Champion Abigail Starkey (Schaumburg, IL) and runner-up Gianna Brandolino (Channahon, IL). This is virtually a repeat of last year as Abigail is the defending Midwest/Central Champion, while Gianna was runner-up last year as well. Both girls will be making their second consecutive trip to the PBA Jr. Finals. The U18 Boys will see first-timers Devin Titus (Machesney Park, IL), PBA Jr. Midwest / Central Regional Champion, and runner-up Keaten Bieri (Letts, IA) competing for the PBA Jr. National Championship title.
At Northrock Lanes in Wichita, KS, site of the Southwest Regional, Morgan Kline (Myerstown, PA) emerged as the U18 Girls Southwest Regional Champion, while Victorya White (Arlington, TX) secured the runner-up spot. Both girls are making their first appearance at the PBA Jr. Finals. Dmitri Richardson (Greenwood Village, CO) advances as the U18 Boys Southwest Regional Champion and Keegan Alexander will compete as the runner-up from the Southwest. Both of the boys are making their first trip to the PBA Jr. Finals as well.
In the West Regional Qualifier held at Forest Lanes in Lake Forest, CA, PBA Jr. Ambassador Katelyn Abigania (San Diego, CA) not only repeats as the West Regional Champion for the U18 Girls, but also earned her third Regional Qualifier title. Katelyn will be making her unprecedented fourth consecutive appearance at the PBA Jr. Finals. Avery Domaguin (San Diego, CA) secured the runner-up spot and is returning to the PBA Jr. Finals for her third consecutive year. The U18 Boys will be sending two first-timers to the PBA Jr. Finals as Elias O’Hollaren (San Diego, CA) won the West Regional Championship and Ernesto Reynoso (Folsom, CA) earned his trip as the runner-up.

Charlie Hunt from Roscoe, IL put up some HUGE numbers during the final 5-game block or qualifying today at the PBA Jr. National Championship Midwest/Central Regional Qualifier in Milwaukee, WI. His first 3 games of 257, 257 and 289 (803 series) were followed by games of 255 and 208. His block total pinfall was 1,266 for a 253 average. Nice bowling Charlie!
What's better than one 300 game? Two of them! PBA Jr. Ambassador Landin Jordan rolls his SECOND 300 game during the final block of qualifying at the PBA Jr. National Championships Midwest/Central Regional Qualifier in Milwaukee, WI. His final 3 games of the block were 300-268-300 for an 868 series. Nice bowling Landin!
