We would like to inform you that you are the last batch under the old curriculum for the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program. As such, it is crucial for those with remaining subjects or back subjects to address them promptly.
If you have any outstanding subjects, we strongly advise you to prioritize completing them now to avoid any complications in your academic journey. Please ensure that you are on track with your studies to successfully graduate under the current curriculum.
Additionally, for students considering pausing or discontinuing their studies, we urge you to reconsider your decision. The next batch will be under a new curriculum, which may result in changes to subjects and requirements. It is essential to take this into account when making decisions about your academic pursuits.

BSHM Culinary Mastery Training-Workshop. Meat, Pasta, and Sauce Boot Camp 2024.
Objectives:
1. Sauce Skills: Introduce classic sauces, provide hands-on preparation, and ensure proficiency in pairing with dishes.
2. Meat Mastery: Learn cooking methods and cuts, engage in hands-on preparation, and demonstrate cooking precision.
3. Pasta Proficiency: Explore pasta shapes and cooking techniques, participate in hands-on pasta making, and create flavorful dishes.
4. Kitchen Readiness: Acquire essential kitchen skills, foster teamwork and adaptability, and access resources for further culinary pursuits.
Eager to learn more about the rich history and stunning scenery of Palawan, the first-year BSHM students set out on their first educational tour in the supervision of their Palawan Studies instructor, Geraldine Rose Maratas Ruiz. With the old rocks and historical whispers surrounding them, they travel into Tabon Cave in Quezon, Palawan, where they learn about our ancestors' lives and the value of preserving cultural past. Each path we take promotes a deeper understanding of our history and shows the value of environmental conservation and community development. They become conscientious stewards of our planet as a result of this life-changing event, which ignites their curiosity about learning..
