BLT is Headquarters for ReelRobics East Tyrone. Whether its all of us or some of the oul hands meeting outside of class for the craic, we stick to this: "Happiness is having a squad that understands you" Sometimes we give enough bad manners to the Boss too - but is he really the boss?

Participating in The Colm Quigley Jog in the Bog race was always a favourite of mine....oul age got the better of me I think but yesterday Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum hosted this amazing run in its 20th year, I dug out the photos 🙈.....Colm's son Danny made me reflect on why communities can help give us purpose and meaning: “It has become more than a race; it’s a celebration of community and resilience" - whether that's a community in which we live, or our ReelRobics community in which we laugh, have the craic support each other - that's what is most important 💚🫶

Been a bit "sticky" for dancing lately but planning is exciting not only for our new venue with Clonmore Regeneration Group but another wee surprise coming my way - all ahead of us 💚

It was around this time 3 years ago I met some other instructors and the creator of ReelRobics Christina Woods. We had coffee and I was nervous and giddy and wondered would this really work. Well, it works. It's been working. It works because you all make it work. I am excited to be entering soon into our third year of reeling. 💚

When I joined the ReelRobics movement it made me remember the importance of connecting with people. Sharing the craic in particular. No dancing today but met incredible supportive people on thon climb. That's what I will always aim for in class - lots of craic and cardio💚

Time for planning. Can anyone help please? I am currently looking venues for 4 weeks at a time to bring ReelRobics to different places around Tyrone. Would be nice to reel around Brocagh or Ardboe. We will even bring some yoga with us from time to time 💚

We are on a summer break now and I am sending wishes to all our reelers. We will be back with new dances, new tunes and some old favourites. Thank you everybody for an unreal happy few months full of craic and cardio and looking forward to starting back in September 💚
