My team and I host a charity wellness event the last Saturday of each month. This month we decided to switch things up!!! This is the season to give back, so we decided to give back to the assisted living residence that my grandma resided at before her passing 💜
$13 will provide a resident there a hand cream and fuzzy gloves for the winter! ❄️
This small gesture means so much to them and it means the world to me!!! We can’t wait to be able to give them some holiday cheer! 🎄🕎☺️

Did you know that 22 veterans a day take their own life??? 💔
Did you know that of each of those 22 veterans- 135 people are affected by their death??? 😥
THAT’S OVER 1,000,000 PEOPLE A YEAR!!!!!!!
WE NEED TO DO BETTER THAN THIS!!! We need to come together to bring awareness to these devastating statistics and we have to support our veterans!!!!

Tonight a bunch of strangers became friends as we bonded over struggles we have faced in our lives that have driven us to be the incredible business owners that we are!!! So this quote seemed very appropriate 😘
