Preparing my mum's favourite :
"Strawberries and yoghurt mini pies" :
The empty jar of the yoghurt will be your measure:
1 yoghurt jar (125 gr), I used "oranges yoghurt"
1 jar of brown sugar
3 jars of all purpose flour
Half jar of extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs
1 full teaspoon of baking powder
150 gr of fresh strawberries cut in 4
A pinch of salt
Preparation: preheat the oven at 180°.
in a big bowl mix everything (but the strawberries) with a whisk,
Then add the fruit.
Pour into the mini muffin mold
And bake for 20 min at 180°.
If you have a plum cake mold, bake for 30 min.

"Zucchini, raveggiolo and thyme tart" with a wholemeal flour , please don't use an industrial paste already made!! You need 5 min to make a dough!
If you're going to Chianti, put some flowers in your Ciambellone"
Quick recipe:
300 gr flour "1"
150 gr organic cane sugar
100 gr melted unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 organic lemon ( only the skin)
1 glass of warm milk ( I used oat milk)
1 teaspoon of organic baking powder or baking soda
Salt
Preparation in 5 minutes:
Preheat the oven at 170°.
In a mixer put eggs and sugar and whisk at max speed for 2 minutes, untill firm whipped. Then
Add flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the lemon skin, the melted butter, and the warm milk . Whisk for 3 minute at medium speed.
Pour everything into a mold for "bundt cake" and bake for 40 min.
Enjoy!
