Im baaaaack! And it feels so good.
What a weekend celebrating Shayna and Cameron’s wedding. Thank you to all who celebrated with us. And to those who wished us love from afar. We love you. See you soon Denver.
It’s leg day! Shari and Carol make the best duet! They have advanced to standing work. So proud! They killed it.
This came up in my memories… it was the start of my journey. Many years have past and so much growth since then. No matter where you are in life, if you put your mind to it… you can achieve great things.

I love these two. Pilates is a great way to share time with a friend. I started my business working with private clients. Now more than half of my business is duets…. Loving what i do.
Welcoming committee for this mornings client! for the perfect picture
Practice what you preach. Pilates is great for rehabilitation from an injury. For the past 5 weeks i have been injured and in a sexy walking boot. Today was the first full body session I’ve completed since November. And it feels great… i will be starting slow and making sure I support and care for my injury as i work my way back. Plantar fasciitis if not cared for causes a tear in the tendons on the bottom of the foot. Often the injured area is not the main problem. I will be working on the flexibility of my calf, glutes and mid and lower back. Wish me luck!
A few self reflecting thoughts as we see 2021 off.
Sometimes changing up your routine is pretty damn good. For the majority of 2021(and my life), my schedule is packed. Tennis, pilates lessons, furniture painting… and of course taking on mommy and wifey and house things. For the past 2 months i have been sidelined with a torn plantar tendon and then covid. My schedule went from 100mph to 10mph. Something that would have scared the 💩 out of me years ago. And you know what… I loved it….it was surprisingly refreshing and healing. I focused on my nutrition and other immobile projects… Lesson learned….There is always something good that can come from the not so good things. Dont worry my tennis and pilates peeps… i will be back with much vigor and appreciation. So hears to finding a balance in life… bring it on 2022!
No reformer needed. That’s the beauty of Pilates. You can take it anywhere.
When you buy new fabric bands for some awesome glute work… and you client comes in with a matching shirt!
What can be better than doing Pilates? Doing it with your daughter. Interested? Grab your daughter and DM me!
Spent another day helping prepare for opening day. With tool bag in hand, I prepped and repaired. But the best part was spending time with my friend🤗
Happy Spring! Spring refer to the season, and also to ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. I celebrated spring with the 2 P’s... Pilates and Peloton. It was a challenge but I feel great!
How are you celebrating spring?
