Each box contains a range of cuts including steaks, joints, stewing steak and mince from a grass fed steer matured over years to provide deep flavour, rich seams of marbling and fine grain.

LONGHORN BEEF AVAILABLE

Pedigree longhorns born and reared in North Lincolnshire on 100% grass fed diet. This results in marbled, delicious beef which is then hung for at least 3 weeks before being butchered locally and vacuum packed.

The boxes contain a range of cuts including steak, joints, stewing steak and mince.
