This is my mantra I've been using to calm and recenter myself. I'm saying each line to my self slowly and breathe in that feeling and the energy change in my body. It's purpose it to rely on the self. We have far more control on what happens inside of us than outside of us. We can learn to improve our internal self talk, our self image and our beliefs with just a little bit of self compassion at the right moment.
