I've been busy working on an art exhibit coming up this Friday during Elizabethtowns 2nd Friday event, but I didn't let that stop me from doing a little herbal prep for the coming cold weather. Made elderberry syrup and an oolong chai concentrate. I'm not the best at posting, so here you have the finished products mostly bottled. They will stay in the fridge for up to 3 months, but let's be honest, I will use the chai within the week and the elderberry syrup will be added to Sleep Sips nightly along with adding it to my morning routine by the spoonfuls 😋! Delicious all by itself!

You can pick up your own kit to make at home at once they open back up for the holidays! I believe November 17th (but check for yourself)

Last of the harvest!! This raspberry patch gets a strange mix of sun during the summer days that it didn't fruit until September!! Happy to have them anytime!

I drink this blend almost daily to combat my chronic anxiety so I can walk through my day feeling grounded and present in my body.
