1 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons granola
½ cup fresh or frozen, thawed berries or fruit.

IT'S NATIONAL COOKIE DAY!

I’m sharing my Top 5 Secret Cookie Baking Tips.

1. Always bake by the minimum time listed on recipes

2. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring them to cooking racks to keep them from breaking.

3.Have all ingredients at room temperature for more glamorous perfect cookies, unless otherwise specified.

4. Butter is better. When baking, use unsalted ‘sweet’ butter. That way you can control your salt intake.

5.Use a small (or medium) ice cream scoop for drop cookies, as it makes the process faster.
Also gives professional results, and the cookies will be the same size and proportion.

Cranberry Sauce

This easy and delightful recipe takes only 15 minutes to make and a handful of ingredients! Spiced with cinnamon and sweetened with orange juice, it is the best combination of sweet and tart! The perfect complement to your holiday meal!

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
½ cup water
12 oz fresh cranberries rinsed and picked through
pinch of salt
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece of orange peel just use a potato peel or paring knife

Instructions
Combine sugar, orange juice, and water in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine.
Add cranberries, salt, cinnamon stick and orange peel.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Continue cooking, for about 10 minutes, or until all or most of the cranberries have popped. I like to leave a handful of berries whole.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Can be made up to 3 days in advance.

Paneer Kathi Roll

Paneer Kathi roll are wraps made with parathas or tortillas stuffed with pan-fried paneer tikka, bell peppers, and onions. These wraps are filled with pickled onions, spiced with chaat masala and green chutney. A street-style recipe that is easy to get addicted to!

▢ 9 ounces Paneer cut into bite-sized cubes approx. 400 grams
▢ ½ Red bell pepper chopped into bite-sized pieces
▢ ½ Green bell pepper chopped into bite-sized pieces
▢ ½ Yellow bell pepper chopped into bite-sized pieces
▢ ½ Red onion chopped into bite-sized pieces
Paneer Tikka Marinade
▢ 1.5 tablespoon Mustard Oil see notes
▢ 2 tablespoon Besan Gram Flour
▢ Salt to season
▢ 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
▢ 3 tablespoon Yogurt
▢ 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
▢ 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi
▢ ⅓ teaspoon Turmeric Haldi
▢ ⅓ teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
▢ ⅓ teaspoon Coriander Powder¨
▢ ⅓ teaspoon Cumin Powder

For the garnish
▢ 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
▢ ½ Red onion thinly sliced
▢ 1 tablespoon Vinegar white vinegar
▢ 1 teaspoon Sugar
▢ 4 tablespoon Green Chutney

For the Wrap
▢ 4 Parathas (frozen or fresh)
