🗓 SkyWay in March | Publications in the Media and cargo SkyWay

March has come to an end. It is time to recall the main events that SkyWay partners and investors can remember from this month.
In March, we first saw one of the new types of the SkyWay freight transport, and also continued to follow the construction of the fourth line anchor supports at the R&D Centre of Unitsky String Technologies in Sharjah.

In mid-March, SkyWay founder Anatoli Unitsky and SkyWay GreenTech CEO Oleg Zaretskiy attended the presentation of the Mughamer startup at the Sharjah Research and Technology Park (SRTI Park).

Over the month, publications about the SkyWay project have also appeared on several media platforms:

– Japanese online-media for engineers Fabcross published an article with the headline «The High-Speed Overground Transport System SkyWay Debuts in the UAE - It Operates at a Speed of 150 km/h and is Cheaper than Roads».

– On the English-language press release aggregator Cision PRWeb, there was issued an article titled «Unitsky String Technologies Has Changed the Transport Systems Market» from the official website of the SkyWay company-developer Unitsky String Technologies, Inc.

– A partner article about the advantages of the string transport which will help SkyWay compete successfully in the European and MENA-region market has been released on the media holding company’s website «RBC».

💰 What should you know before investing in SkyWay?

❓ What is SkyWay?

The international SkyWay project is developing a new type of aboveground electric transport that runs on high strength string rails. Today, SkyWay is being tested in Belarus and the UAE for implementation in urban and inter-city transport systems around the world.

❓ Why does SkyWay need investment?

Since 2014, the SkyWay project has been developing on a crowdfunding system. That means that anyone can make an investment (from $50) in transport development and get a share in the project, commensurate with their investment.

❓ What will I get from my investment?

The process of attracting investments into the project is divided into 15 stages. Today is the penultimate, 14th stage of the project development. If Stage 15 is successfully completed and the project becomes profitable and self-financing, the investors will receive dividends from the SkyWay project profits.

In the future, the project may also go public. The investors will then be able to profit from the rise in the price of their assets on the stock exchange.

❓ How are the investments formalized?

The SkyWay shares are not exchange-traded securities, they cannot be "bought" like shares on an exchange. The investments in SkyWay are formalized under a convertible loan agreement.
Convertible loans are often found in the venture startup industry. In the USA, for example, there are two special forms of such agreements - SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) and KISS (Keep It Simple Security).

❓ What has SkyWay already achieved?

Since 2014, SkyWay is growing faster and faster. Here are the main achievements of the project in 2019:

🔸 The staff have been expanded to 1,000 people
🔸 A new production area of 4,000 square metres has been launched
🔸 The Sheikh of Dubai has approved a package of projects proposed by the country's Ministry of Transport (RTA). Among the projects, there was the SkyWay urban transport system.
🔸 The first phase of the string transport testing has begun at the SkyWay Test Centre in the Emirate of Sharjah.
🔸 There hs been shown a test model of the high-speed transport.

For the first months of 2020:

🔹 The company has acquired a new 12,000 -square metre office area
🔹 Minister of Transport of Mongolia has visited the SkyWay Test Centre in Belarus
🔹 Anatoli Unitsky, the founder of the project, announced the possibility of entering the world market already in 2020
🔹 The project has started implementing SkyWay tokens on its own blockchain platform

In 5 years, SkyWay has tested 10 modes of transport and presented them at exhibitions from Berlin to Singapore. Today, hundreds of thousands of people from 200 countries have invested in the project.
