Had a great weekend supporting and celebrating Portland Tennis & Education 🎾 📖 Was a blast getting on court with the kids who put me through my paces! 😅 But we cleaned up well for the gala !

Since its founding in 1996 by living legend Dr. Ernest Hartzog, PT&E has impacted over 18,000 kids and their families with year-round tuition-free programs 👏🏽

The people are the lifeblood of any community organization and the many generous patrons alongside passionate staff and volunteers made this a very memorable weekend! Thank you Mike, Campbell, Shalini, and all the volunteers and coaches for your incredible work and hospitality ❤️🎾🏅

Every encounter with Mayor Dinkins was an uplifting experience. And he loved his tennis and was invested in its success. But what I'll remember most is how he always spoke about his wife, his love, his Joyce. I always thought, if I ever have someone feel about me, the way he talked about his angel, I'd be pretty lucky. RIP Mayor David Dinkins, a true warrior and gentleman. We were lucky to have you fighting for us the way you did. Rest now, back with your angel. 🕊🙏🏽❤

On this anniversary of Arthur Ashe’s historic 1975 Wimbledon title, I had to share this picture that I grew up seeing on our mantle. My dad and mom, who were almost 8 months pregnant with me, Meeting the icon himself – January 1976. My dad also pulled out the full kit, showing off his Ashe racquet and a saved article from 1992 they brought back so many memories!
