Hancocks for # 99-100 NE111 winter !! 🎉 sooo beautiful 🤩. Charmée par cette marche sous une petite neige fine en début de journée. Réouverture partielle en solo de l’intersection vers North Hancock jusqu’à Middle Hancock. Une journée parfaite !! ——

# 97-98 NE111❄️; via uphill trail + Appalachian trail.
Il ne me reste plus que Baxter State Park pour le Maine !!
Quelle belle journée froide et venteuse (65-70km/h 💨 … j’adooore le vent !! 🙃) avec Jean-Marc et Gérald.
Des vues magnifiques qui se sont dévoilées petit à petit…. Ya de ces avantages aux randonnées linéaires !
Se fut tout un autre monde et expérience sur le chemin du retour !
On s’est même offert un mini bushwhack dans les épinettes … ahhhh ces spruce traps… memorable 😅🤣

Loop whiteface / Passaconaway via Blueberry Ledge Trail for #95-96 NE111W. Ohhhh que j’ai aimé cette Trail, surtout le 600m avant d’arriver sur Whiteface. 🤗🙃 a pleasure to talk with .stauff93 and many more !!!! Sooo many beautiful smiley hikers on the trail today 🤩 ——

Loop Twins, Galehead and Garfield. Incredible !! Exhausting but soooo rewarding! Hiking smiling and safe ! 2 days of work and Adirondacks Friday ! 🎉

Tripyramids for #88-89. Frosty hairs, undercast, chocolate, one of my best hiking partner by my side and discussion / laughter all day long… What more could I ask for to start the year? Nothing !! That’s so simple ! Be back to NH tomorrow !! 🏔️

A few hours’ sleep and a hike up Mount Jackson for a cloudy sunrise. Seeing the smiling faces of 30+ people so early in the day is energizing. The only Quebecer/Canadian in this group.
I finally got to share the trail with . He’s such an inspiring and humble man. His presentation the day before on his NH48W record touched my heart.
So many memories and emotions from my short NE111 quest surfaced, the pride I felt at my first summit on this list on Dec 05, 2021... And how physically difficult this quest was at times.
I’m about to finish my 2nd round... while completing the winter patch.
Sometimes I tell myself it doesn’t make sense, that I’m not normal, but when you meet someone so passionate, like a mirror reflection... it kicks my ass to manage to beat my own NE111 record, but in winter season (less than 3 winters to complete all 115 summits)... 28 winter summits remaining + redo the Catskills for round 2.
The start of 2024 will be incredible!

Maine - Goose Eye / Carlo Une boucle fort intéressante par sa vue à degrés sur la crête et ses échelles et barreaux de métal dans les portions escarpées.
