A small steps towards a greener Batu Lanchang Food Court

Batu Lanchang Food Court COVID-19 self test started on 13 Sept, which will last for 4 days till 16 Sept. This is an effort by our food court to ensure all our traders and helpers are healthy and safe to serve our customer. We will be conducting this self test for our food court every 2 weeks. 峇都兰樟美食中心抗击新型冠状肺炎病毒

大家好，让我们为您更新峇都兰樟美食中心应对新冠肺炎所做出的努力。首先，所有小贩和员工们已经至少接种一剂疫苗，完成两剂接种的小贩也占70%以上，其余已经接种一剂疫苗的正等待第二剂的预约接种日期。所有摊档小贩都会在摊档前展示摊内员工的接种疫苗资料。

除此之外，每天在营业时间结束以后，我们都会进行全面消毒工作，确保美食中心内每个角落都完成消毒。消毒工作成员包括 Ah Hwang, Ah Sheng, KP Yeoh, Ah Chai 和 Joe. 他们会拨出 1-2小时进行消毒，确保小贩和顾客们在隔天可以安心做生意和购买食物。

同时，从2021年9月13日开始，每位小贩员工都必须在每两个星期进行一次快速检测试剂 (Rapid Test Kit)。此品牌快速检测试剂已经被马来西亚卫生部承认。通过峇都兰樟区州议员王耶宗 (YB Ong Ah Teong) 的协助与支持，我们很欣慰可以在享有特别津贴下以 RM 10购买相关快速检测试剂。

最后，我们会继续严格遵守联邦政府拟定的抗击新冠肺炎标准作业程序以期望疫情早日稳定下来。由于槟州疫情仍然处于高峰水平，我们决定暂时不开放供顾客们堂食。我们也希望顾客们无论身在何处都要做好防疫安全措施，尽最大努力保护自己和最亲爱的家人。

Hie, just some update on how the traders of our Batu Lanchang Food Court are doing our part in fighting Covid-19.
To start with, all our traders and together with our helpers already got our vaccine, most of us already full vaccinated where else some of us are still waiting for our 2nd dose. Each of our stall, will have a poster indicating how many person is fully or partially vaccinated.

Beside that every day after we close for business, our food court will be fully sanitize with Disinfectant Fogging Machine by our team of Ah Hwang, Ah Sheng, KP Yeoh, Ah Chai and also Joe.
They will take around 2 hours each day to fully sanitize the whole food court to make sure is safe for the traders and also our customer for the next day.

Furthermore, start from 13th September, each traders and helpers are required to do a swab test for each fortnight. We will be using Covid-19 self test kit which are approved by KKM. With the help of YB Ong Ah Teong 王耶宗, we are blessed to be able to get subsidy for this self test kit, which are at RM10.

Finally, all other SOP which are required by the federal government is strictly follow by our food court. As for now, with Penang has such high positive Covid-19 cases daily, we choose not to allowed Dine-In.
