Twisting, turning, churning, swirling
My heart is a blaze
Consuming wrath
Flaming constantly
Combusting continualy
Tossing in the fire
A beautiful, violent, red, blaze….

We tied our knots with linen and it’s wastes….. making contemporary silhouettes together.. this panelled jumpsuit is made out of excess linen from the factories.. we gave it a a name, Jora Taali…
Our collection Jora Taali’s aim is to make sustainable fashion universal. The ancient technique of patchwork from Bengal is the key inspiration and we have created this entire collection out of industrial linen wastes and has been embroidered by rural artisans
Speaking of Sustainability, Needle Story says it all with it’s collection, Jora Taali, a collection that revives tradition, that is made out of rural artisans and most importantly, made out of complete industry waste linen. Watch for more
Our collection Jora Taali takes its inspiration from patch work that was a traditional technique in Bengal and making silhouettes that not only use unused linen wastes but also, look very global. Come, let’s celebrate sustainability.
Collection Jora Taali is made out of upcycled linen. We believe in sustainability in its true form
Our second design from Jora Taali collection is an amalgamation of traditional patchwork with global silhouette. This grey and white absolutely sustainable piece, made from cutouts of linen of premium quality, is subtle yet elegant and can fit any body type. We are proud to announce that, Needle Story involves rural artisans specially women for these kind of work.
This is our second design of collection Jora Taali. This entire collection has been made by cut pieces of linen and we have given them a shape of a garment that’s hundred percent sustainable.
Each panel is made out of linen wastes. We have hand embroidered them to make it look more colourful. This collection Jora Taali from Needle story speaks out loudly of sustainable fashion because it is reused, reduced and recycled.
Jora Taali, in Bengali means patched and stitched. This collection is truly made out of cut pieces of pure linen that comes from the factory waste of linen making companies. We have given them a silhouette, hand embroidered them by our very own women artisans and put a show infront of you. This modern and chic dress tells the story of sustainability. It tells the story of our culture and art of patchwork. Jora Taali, come let’s celebrate it.
Coming up soon with our Jora Tali collection, S/S 23
The role of the fashion industry in the global carbon emissions is well-known, yet the waste of cloth and the immense damage that creating new pieces produces on the environment could be reduced by old-fashioned patchwork and that’s exactly what we Needle Story do.

Creating a product out of wastes is really fun and equally challenging. Needle Story has taken up linen fabric scraps turning them into beautiful garments, accessories, and lifestyle products. Jora-Tali, our upcoming collection tells the story of upcycling of fabrics.
Collection: Jora Taali; coming soon
Textile waste is a huge factor of concern worldwide. While most of the companies throw away the unused pieces of fabrics, creating major global pollution, Needle story is in the process of creating a whole new collection of garments made out of these thrown away pieces.
Less is more; a concept that Needle story is developing its collection on. Tit bits of unused scraps are the key inspiration for the upcoming collection.
The textile business is the foundation for the textile waste recycling industry, which is on the rise. Textiles, which include clothing, furniture and mattress material, linens, draperies, cleaning products, leisure equipment, and many other items, have grown rapidly since past few years. We, team Needle Story, curate these pieces of waste fabrics specially linen, cotton and silk and turn them into something very exciting! Coming up our new collection, Jora-Tali.
