Wrong!!! Sleep equals sleep, the better rested your baby is throughout the day the easier they will fall asleep at night.

2. MY BABY GETS HUNGRY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, THAT’S WHY HE/SHE WAKES.
Feeding can be a huge sleep prop, so it is important to know if little one is really hungry or just wanting comfort.

3.LET SLEEPING BABIES LIE.
In some circumstances waking a sleeping baby is better for them and you! Here are a few:
🌿To feed a newborn.
🌿If a newborn is going through day/night confusion.
🌿If naps are too long for an older baby/toddler.

4.MY BABY IS NOT THE KIND OF BABY THAT CAN BE SLEEP TRAINED
Parents need to remember that children are 100% capable of putting themselves to sleep. It’s hard but consistency is Key.
5. PUTTING MY BABY TO BED LATER WILL KEEP THEM FROM WAKING EARLY.
NO! putting your baby to bed earlier will help them sleep better and later! If you try and keep your baby awake for a later bedtime they can become overtired and this will make it harder for them to fall asleep.
