Not sure what to call this šŸ¤” it started out as chicken Parmesan. We added peppers onions and garlic. Nobody complained and disappeared like magic. My favorite thing about Recipes is that you can tweak them šŸ˜¬ļæ¼ļæ¼

Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. My dadā€™s favorite and so easy to make. Peppers, onions, mushrooms and thinly sliced steak. Melt some of that provolone cheese on top and youā€™re good to go. The hoagie buns from Grayā€™s IGA are the best.ļæ¼ļæ¼

Just got all the ingredients for our Philly cheesesteaks this weekend. Stay tuned. They are Dadā€˜s favorite! ļæ¼ļæ¼

Just me and dad tonight. Smoked up the whole house making some smash burgers.
1pound hamburger divided into 4 balls. Season to taste.
Put on a volcano hot cast iron pan and smash them flat. 3 minutes later, flip and add cheese. When the cheese is melted they are done.
Broiled some buns and added some bacon. Mouth watering.

A little improvised Philly cheesesteak today for lunch. One onion and one pepper sautĆ©ed. Set aside and flash cook 1 pound of thinly sliced steak with some salt pepper garlic mix, add together cover with provolone cheese until it melts. Scoop it on your favorite hoagie roll. Mine were lightly buttered and placed under the broiler for a bit just prior to loading up. Turned out pretty good. Dad said it made his top 4 list! Yum šŸ˜‹

Itā€™s been a while. Fall is in the air and weā€™re going to be stuck inside soon. It was a comfort food day here. Mississippi crock pot chicken with mashed potatoes and corn..
3-4 chicken breasts
1 packet gravy or Ajou mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
A half dozen or more of pepperoncini peppers
Half stick of butter.
Put in the chicken cover it with the rest. cook for 6 to 7 hours. Pull it apart with forks when done and serve.
You can use chicken thighs but if so, you donā€™t need as much butter. Enjoy

I found this recipe. Iā€™m gonna need a bigger pot.

Steak fajitas with what we had around tonight. Steak strips, onions, garlic, jalapeƱos. (Donā€™t tell mom about the jalapeƱos) green peppers and some red potatoes.
A little Cumin. Some chili powder, some red pepper flakes and whatever else we could find to throw in. It was pretty good

Pray for my dad. Mom and I are heading to Florida. He may starve.

My dadā€™s favorite hot cheese and meat dip. 2 lbs hamburger. 2lbs spicy breakfast sausage. 2 jars hot picante sauce, 2 velveeta cheese logs and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Cook the meat and drain. Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Stir occasionally. You will not be disappointed

Dad didnā€™t get the phone out in time! The improvised crock pot pulled pork was so good! Stove top stuffing and Hawaiian bread to go with it. ļæ¼Thatā€™s what he said anyway.

Mom bought a pork butt yesterday so I looked up some recipes. Slow cooker pulled pork it is. Put this together before work this morning. I had to improvise on the recipe because we didnā€™t have everything it called for. I hope it turns out better than expected. ļæ¼ iā€™ll be back tonight with the results. Wish me luck. ļæ¼

Breakfast burritos for dinner! So easy to make. Eggs, Crumbled bacon, cheese chives and peppers. I cheated and added some hot breakfast sausage. All that rolled into a soft burrito and cooked for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
