One thing I’ve learned about being in this business is resilience, patience and dedication. Without these traits, no matter the business, you will not succeed. There’s nothing like the satisfaction of knowing you’re responsible for the security you provide families, along with the education they weren’t aware of, in order for them to be closer to their financial goals. Having this business allowed me to have:

1) PERSONAL FULFILLMENT because who likes working for someone else
2) INDEPENDENCE & FLEXIBILITY to live and do as needed without having to ask for permission and work from wherever
3) NO CAP ON THE MONEY MADE - making money on my own terms, I give myself my own raises and don’t need to wait six months to a year for them

Working with me is like having a gym membership! You can join my team, but if you don’t do absolutely anything, never ask questions or help, never attend meetings or events, you will not see results! You not making money will not be my fault or the business’s fault, it’ll be you’re fault for not having put in the work. This is not a 9-5/ hourly paid job, I am not your boss, so best believe nothing will get handed to you! You need to be self driven & disciplined to work in my industry.
